During the final stages of the core and shell construction of the 90 Arboretum project, Aberthaw was contracted to take on the fit out of the second and third floor of this Masstimber office building. Encompassing over 50,000 sf, this new Corporate Headquarters was designed by Stibler Associates. In March of 2022 Aberthaw completed the an additional 15,000 sqft Fit Up for Waste Innovation on the first floor consisting of Gym space, additional showers and restroom facilities and a distribution commanded space.
