Originally a paper mill, when 240 Canal St. was renovated by the previous owner in 2015 it was not entirely converted to rental units. A four story section of the building was left for self - storage. With new ownership, Berkeley Investments quickly made plans to finish the job. Working with Aberthaw and Market Square Architects an additional 63 units were added to the property.
