Aberthaw has completed three projects with the LifeStorage team before they were acquired by Extra Storage in 2023

 

Dracut, MA - This ground out 5 story building was an addition piece to an existing LifeStorage property. It produced an additional 371 storage units that are climate controlled while the existing complex remained open to the public during construction.

Salem, MA - This project started off with the demolition of the existing facility. Followed by extensive ground improvements, dewatering without any water leaving site and extensive use of Geo Pyles. What resulted in the end is this 3 story, 635 unit, 100,000+ sf steel building.

Danbury, NH - Another ground out single story CMU free standing structure that was added to an existing campus that was acquired by LifeStorage. This additional building provided added service of climate controlled storage to the location.
