Aberthaw completed this capital improvement project in the metro-west community of Westborough.  The exterior scope of work called for site improvements including new stair and walkways, landscaping, and the construction of a new glass entry vestibule to provide an additional layer of separation between the building's interior and the elements.  Interior improvements involved reconfiguration and refurbishment of the main lobby's interior finishes, which were upgraded with a variety of higher end textures as well as the extensive use of wood, glass, and metals.
