Aberthaw was awarded the contract for the construction of the River Rock Residences. The project, at 70 Boston Street, was developed by LAR Properties LLC. This luxury residential and retail project called for 44 new residential apartment units, 6 residential townhomes, and ground level retail space. In addition, a Community room, Fitness Room, Management Office and underground garage parking.
