Aberthaw performed over 200,000 sq. ft. of core and shell renovations at this sprawling, historic masonry complex in Watertown.  Base building improvements included interior and exterior masonry restoration, new entrances, new lobbies and new glass corridors, as well as all new MEP, glazing, and thermal and moisture protection systems. Additionally, Aberthaw completed a  new café and also performed ten separate tenant improvements ranging in size from 5,000 sq. ft. to more than 35,000 sq. ft., the majority of which overlapped with ongoing core and shell renovations.  These build-outs were completed for tenants ranging from non-profit organizations to high-tech firms to pharmaceutical laboratories and healthcare.
