We are excited to share our latest LIHTC project - Residents At The Park, located in Athol, MA. This NewVue Communities project is the redevelopment of the former Riverbend and Bigalow schools to create 53 housing units in the town of Athol, MA. Designed by ICON Architecture, the two schools will retain their historic looks and feel and will be connected by a new ground out building, creating additional units and amenity space. Once complete, 33 of the units will house families and 20 will be dedicated to seniors.
