Appropriately dubbed “Modern Building,” Aberthaw completed this new, $11 Million, 175,000 sq. ft. commercial office building on an accelerated schedule of just twelve months.  Through close coordination of design-build components, and by working closely with the development and design teams, Aberthaw completed interior fit-ups and achieved final occupancy within the original time frame.
