A mix of Adaptive Reuse and out of ground podium construction. This Arlington Heights market rate project consists of the demolition of two existing structures and construction of two new ones. Upon finish the site will see a total of four buildings making up 124 residential units, on site surface and garage parking and amenity spaces. Additionally, this project included the full replacement of the access bridge to the site and the coordination of existing geothermal wells.
